Can I switch tiers?
Yes. Move up or down any time from your member portal. The new tier's price applies from your next billing date; an upgrade's member items and credit start once that payment goes through, and until then you keep your current tier. Downgrades apply straight away.
Can I get a refund?
If you were charged for a renewal you didn't mean to keep and haven't used any member perks since, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund it. Your rights under consumer law aren't affected. See the membership terms.
