What to include

The details below help us answer without having to ask for more. If you have an order number, put it in the subject line.

• Order questions: your order number (it is in your confirmation email) and the email address you used at checkout.
• Delivery questions: your order number and the delivery address on the order. What we can say about dispatch and delivery is on the shipping & returns page.
• Damaged, missing or not as ordered: your order number, a photo of what arrived and a photo of the parcel label. Keep the packaging until we have replied.
• Changing an address or cancelling: email your order number straight away and say what you need; we will tell you what is possible for that order.
• Product questions: the product name and your question. Each product page lists its directions, ingredients and warnings, and the FAQ covers the most common questions about taking the range.
• Something wrong with a product: the product name, the batch (lot) number and best-before date printed on the pack, what you noticed, and a photo if it helps.

How a reply works

• Replies come from info@vitaminmaxx.com within 1–3 business days. If you don’t see one, check your junk folder and add the address to your contacts.
• Keep one email thread per order and reply to it for follow-ups, so everything about that order stays together.
• Attach photos to the email itself. One clear, well-lit photo of the label or the damage tells us more than several small ones.

Good to know

• Our products are sealed, perishable goods, so we can’t accept change-of-mind returns; the returns policy explains what we can do.
• We can’t give medical advice. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medication, speak to a healthcare professional before taking any supplement.
• If you react to a product, stop taking it and speak to a healthcare professional first. Then email us the product name, the batch number and what happened, so we can look into it.
